Health Topic:
We continue our lessons on "Joint, Bone and Muscle Pain Remedy" as Tom Vellani hosts us in learning about what foods contain collagen and what vitamins actives collagen for joint, bone and muscle health.
Worship & Communion
Saby will lead us as we begin our meeting with "Way Maker" and will take his text from Isaiah 43:16-21.
Pastor Lance will close our time with communion after our Bible Discovery Discussion Groups. Be sure to have your elements ready.
Bible-Discovery Study
We are studying Jesus launching His 3.5-year ministry found in Matthew 4:21-23. We are looking at 1) What Jesus Did, 2) Who He Influenced, and 3) How He Demonstrated the reality of God's Kingdom.
We'll conclude Matthew 4 this week and jump into "The Sermon on the Mount" next week.
MAY 12, 2022 Video Link: Worship/Health/Bible Study
Health Topic: Doug's story of the restoration of his knees through prayer and nutrients was a powerful testimony of God's grace that demonstrated the lesson we're learning.
Doug will continue presenting Jerry Brainum's lesson on the effective use of glucosamine and chondroitin for body and joint pain therapy through nutritional science research.
Worship: Saby will open our meeting with a familiar historic hymn of the church: "Leaning on the Everlasting Arm". He will relate the hymn with the Biblical text: Deuteronomy 33:25-27.
Bible-Discovery Study: Pastor Lance will teach the Matthew 4:11-17 Bible lesson this week. He will conclude thoughts on Jesus' victory over the devil and jump into Jesus' establishment of His ministry headquarters in Capernaum, the town on the side of Lake Galilee.
Like Jesus was called to serve from a small town in Israel, we are all called to serve where we live, work, and raise our families. "As the Father has sent me, so send I you!", Jesus declared.
